Parker & Company was established more than 15 years ago, when Albert Hadley, a world-renown interior designer and former Southport resident, took Parker under his wing. His association with Hadley catapulted him into the world of interiors and he hasn’t stopped since. With a style he terms ‘Contemporary Prep’, Parker has created classically tailored designs in the coastal locations of Southport, CT, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, and Palm Beach as well as all over Fairfield County.

Parker is deeply involved in the community and serves as the Chairman of the Design Committee for ‘Rooms With A View’ an annual charity fundraiser for the Southport Congregational Church. Parker has also designed the children's wing of the Pequot Library, a public association library with a core mission to bring literature, music, art, science and the humanities to the community at large.

Katie Mott Holmberg has been working with Parker & Company since 2005. She has been Chairwoman of Rooms with a View three times and continues to be actively involved. Katie began her career in San Francisco where she was a Commercial Design and Project Manager for Knoll Furniture and Herman Miller.

Libby has worked for Parker & Company since 2016. She currently runs all administrative aspects of Parker & Co, managing projects from their initial exploratory inception to the final accessorizing that makes a house a home. With a background in technology and marketing, she is happy to spend time in a creative environment. She lives with her family in Fairfield, CT and spends her free time keeping Mack out of the Lattice House dog bones.

Christopher Philip is the owner of Lattice House, a home store that is closely associated with Parker & Company Designs. Chris brings the concept of the ‘sporting life’ to Southport with elegant barware, accessories for men, items for the horse, dog and sailing enthusiast, as well as classic pieces that fit into both traditional and modern homes.  Philip’s idea is to provide a place where you can find reasonably priced unique and exciting gifts and accessories.  Since 40% of the inventory is one of a kind items sourced from around the country and abroad the inventory is constantly changing.
